The latest KEF Q Series speakers feature Metamaterial Absorption Technology (MAT™), a breakthrough innovation that elevates the performance of KEF’s 12th Generation Uni-Q® driver array. MAT™ uses a maze-like structure of intricate channels to absorb 99% of unwanted sound from the rear of the tweeter, acting like an acoustic black hole. The result is reduced distortion, improved accuracy, and a purer, more natural sound.

Upgraded 3-Way Speaker Design

The evolved Q Series has moved from a 2.5-way to a true 3-way design, with the Uni-Q® driver dedicated to mid and high frequencies while a newly designed bass driver handles low frequencies.
