Order processing
At Audio Trends, we pride ourselves on our quick service.
If you place your order before 1pm, Monday - Friday, we endeavour to fulfil and despatch your order the same day.*
Orders placed over a weekend will be processed the following business day.
Delays in order processing may occur around public holidays.
*Despatch Meanings
As Audio Trends sells so many different products, it is physically impossible for us to have every item you see on the website, available for immediate despatch or pick up. We try to have the most popular items available in our Ringwood Showroom. However, when you see "Despatched In 2-3 Days", this means we do not have that item in our Ringwood showroom. We will order it in and once it has arrived, we will ship it to you. Some products take 1-2 days others may be a special order and can take anywhere up to 8 weeks to arrive. Please check the stock status before placing your order, so you are aware of any delays.
Occasionally, our stock status may be wrong. We try hard to keep it accurate, but sometimes things can be missed, we ask you to please be patient in this regard.
Domestic shipping
Audio Trends utilises Australia Post and StarTrack Express for all domestic services.
Tracking information will be sent to the email address on the order invoice once a shipment label is generated - in some cases, this may be filtered into your spam folder.
*Couriers provide any displayed delivery time estimates. Delays may occur due to peak periods and other factors.
Free shipping promotions
Domestic:
Free shipping applies to orders over $75 and apply to all products, excluding the following:
Televisions and items that weigh above 35kg.
International shipping
Sorry, we do not offer worldwide deliveries.
Orders without tracking
Some small products, when ordered individually, may be sent via the Australia Post Mail service, which is an untracked service.
Orders dispatched using this method will have their tracking details updated to reflect this using terms such as "Envelope, Letter" for the tracking information.
Cancelling before goods have left Audio Trends
If you cancel your order due to "Change Of Mind" or any other reason there will be a minimum 5% restocking fee. Unfortunately our payment providers do not refund us the fees associated with processing the transaction even after we refund you in full.
