About The Rega Ania Stylus
The design of Rega's Ania eliminates excessive high frequency resonance excited by conventional tie wire designs. Ania's natural high frequency resonance is subtle and low in amplitude, therefore eliminating the need for insensitive damping designs.
This description and price is for a changeover Rega Ania stylus. Simply bring in (phone first to check availability) or post your old cartridge to our Ringwood address - see above and we will swap it for a brand new and genuine Ania Cartridge. Payment can be made in person, or via an arranged online payment.
The Ania is completely manufactured by hand by Rega's highly skilled in-house production team. Rega values musicality and natural tonality over sterile, hyper-detailed presentation.
Unlike 99% of existing Moving Coil Phono Cartridges available today that are all still based on 50 year old technology, the Ania contains neither a steel suspension tie wire system nor a foam damper.
Note: As a reminder, this price is to exchange your existing Ania cartridge and you must bring in or post us back your old Rega Ania cartridge first. Then we will ship out a new replacement cartridge.
