Designed to house Lithe Audio in-ceiling speakers, this hood comprises a double-skin of intumescent fabric to provide the perfect fire safety solution. Easy to fit and designed to blend in with your ceiling, these products are a must-have to maintaining the fire rating of your home or business.
This hood is fully compliant with IEE and UK Building Regulations for Fire and Acoustic integrity of ceilings and offers the best possible construction using dual coated Fibreglass for best electricity insulation. It incorporates environmentally friendly acoustic foam with double stitch non-flammable thread. It is designed to retain the ceiling’s fire integrity and delivers 90 minutes fire protection. It features a top load easy fit cable inlet for neat and tidy cable management.
The Lithe Audio Premium Speaker Fire Hood 270 is designed for use with up to 6.5" Round Speakers with a Hole Cut-Out Size between 100mm and 210mm.
