About The Klipsch 8000 5.1.2 Dolby Atmos Speaker Pack
These are the biggest, baddest floorstanders in Klipsch’s Reference Premier range and are the perfect fit for home cinema. Their horn loaded tweeters and highly efficient design makes them easy to drive by even the most basic home theatre receiver and the amazing clarity of sound is excellent news for those of us who have a hard time understanding the dialogue in most movies and TV shows.
This system is based around the RP-8000F II which is the top floorstander in the Reference Premier range. Here we have matched them with the RP-504C II centre channel, a pair of RP-502S II rears, two PRO-18RC Dolby Atmos in-ceiling speakers and an RP-1400SW subwoofer.
All up, this system has all the performance you need if you want to really hear that latest blockbuster in all its glory in a large room.
Klipsch RP-8000F II Floorstanding Speakers
These powerful floorstanding models are the largest speakers in Klipsch's Reference Premiere Series. They boast dual 203mm (8") woofers for thunderous bass and warm, clear mids, plus Klipsch's signature 25mm (1") titanium dome horn tweeter for crisp, extended, highs. Klipsch makes its cones out of specially treated aluminium that's strong yet lightweight to dampen and prevent distortion. With the Reference Premiere Series, Klipsch also gave these woofers a newly developed titanium voice coil former that allows more linear movement for enhanced efficiency, lower distortion, and extended low frequency response. Look around the back, and you'll see that instead of the conventional round port tube found on many speakers, Klipsch uses a Tractrix horn-shaped opening for smoother, more efficient airflow in and out of the cabinet. The resulting decrease in air turbulence makes for cleaner, more powerful bass with reduced port noise and low-frequency distortion. They can handle up to 150 Watts RMS and 600 Watts of peak power.
Horn loading maximizes efficiently and increases detail while focusing high frequencies towards the listening area. Proprietary Tractrix® geometry provides the most efficient transfer of high frequency waves into the listening area. The phase plug and compressed moulded silicon face ensure smooth frequency response. When combined, the cleanest, most natural sound possible is created. The second generation increases horn size for a larger soundstage and enhanced directivity.

2 x Klipsch PRO-18RC Dolby Atmos In-Ceiling Speakers
Using the same acoustic components and horn material as the highly acclaimed Klipsch Reference box speaker line, the Professional Reference Architectural series perfectly combines the aesthetics of an architectural speaker with the pure performance and dynamic voicing of the Klipsch Reference series. With an 8" (203mm) Injection Moulded Graphite (IMG) Woofer and a 1" (25mm) Aluminium Dome Tweeter mated to a round Tractrix® horn, the PRO-18RC brings dynamic, powerful, detailed Klipsch Reference sound to your distributed audio or home theatre system.
The exclusive modular installation system allows for the dog legs to be engaged by hand to a preset clamping force, eliminating the possibility of over torqueing, which can lead to breaking the dog leg or cracking the drywall. The speaker module is then screwed to the bezel (using machine screws instead of traditional drywall screws) for a more robust, acoustically stable installation than the competition.
Controlled Dispersion Technology™ allows for the tweeter and the woofer to be aimed up to 15° in any direction, helping to ensure on-axis frequency response at almost any listening position.

Klipsch are confident that this series of high performance subwoofers is the best they have ever made.
