About The AudioQuest Dragon Bi-Wire Jumpers
The type of jumpers that are supplied with Bi-Wireable speakers are like most power cables and interconnects that are shipped free with audio products. They are only useful to get the product going if you have no alternatives. But, just like investing in premium power cables and interconnects, investing in a good set of Bi-Wire Jumpers will bring substantial performance gains to any decent system.
AudioQuest Bi-Wire Jumpers deliver significantly improved performance over the common stamped jumpers that are included with most Bi-Wireable loudspeakers.
AudioQuest's top-of-the-line Dragon Bi-Wire Jumpers employ Direction-Controlled Solid Perfect-Surface Silver (PSS) covered with a Conductive Carbon-loaded extrusion that reduces RF pick-up.
Dragon Bi-Wire Jumpers are 203 mm (8") long and come fitted with AudioQuest's 1000-Series Hanging-Silver plated extreme-purity Red Copper spades or bananas on either end — simplifying the connection where the speaker cable is attached.
Solid Perfect-Surface Silver (PSS): AudioQuest's extreme purity Perfect-Surface Silver greatly minimises distortion caused by grain boundaries.
Carbon-Based Noise-Dissipation: Alternating layers of metal and carbon-loaded synthetics "shield the shield," minimizing RF noise before it reaches the layer attached to ground.
Directionality (Silver): All conductors are controlled for RF-noise directionality.
