About The Sivga Nightingale In Ear Monitor Headphones
The Nightingale from Sivga is an In Ear Monitor with a Planar Magnetic driver which is a relative rarity in an earbud. But that's just the start of what makes these buds so appealing.
Classic Design: The design is in the shape of water droplet. The earphone housing is made of a special aluminium magnesium alloy material, which is processed by CNC machining and finely polished to give it a radiant shining. The faceplate is made of precious wood that has been collected for many years, and has been polished and made through various traditional manual processes.
Dual Magnetic Driver: There is a dual magnetic field rectangular array structure, which has high transmission sensitivity, uniform soundstage distribution, and good transient response. It uses magnetic mechanics to reasonably match two sets of high-performance rare earth iron boron magnets, which significantly improves the efficiency compared to ordinary single magnet designs.
Pleasant Sound: The scientific combination of an ultra-thin composite diaphragm and a powerful magnet helps give the bass extra punch without ever getting overpowering. The treble is smooth, highly resolving and fatigue free. Meanwhile, the all-important midrange is presented with rich clarity, smooth neutrality and is positioned slightly forward. The soundstage is wide and natural.
High End Cable: Imported high gloss soft PVC covers the Japanese square silver plated copper cable which not only maintains high quality transmission, but also feels soft to the touch and does not easily tangle.
Our Take
These are not your everyday earbuds. In fact they are designed as professional In Ear Monitors. As such they have very sophisticated Planar Magnetic drivers instead of the usual dynamic variety and they also come with a detachable 2-pin cable with a 4.4mm balanced connector. The construction is quite unlike anything we've seen, with gorgeous precious wood encased within a CNC machined aviation-grade aluminium-magnesium alloy enclosure in the shape of a water droplet. They sound wonderful and look a million dollars so if you are after a set of wired in ear monitors put the Sivga Nightingales right at the top of your list.
