The AudioQuest Dragontail is a USB Micro to USB A Adapter for use with Android phones and tablets.
The AudioQuest DragonTail USB Micro to USB A activates USB Host Mode on most Android devices allowing the device to transmit USB digital audio to a digital-to-analogue converter (DAC) with a USB A connection such as one of the AudioQuest DragonFly DAC's for which this product was designed.
The DAC bypasses your device's internal audio circuitry, so you can enjoy richer, more accurate sound. This adapter features solid conductors with silver plated conductors and foamed polyethylene insulation for accurate, low-noise signal transfer.
