Waterproof Rotomolded Enclosure: The Episode Radiance subwoofer is IP66 rated and uses a rotomolding manufacturing technique with aluminium cap to ensure consistency in strength and increased durability in outdoor elements. Rain or shine, this sub delivers trouble-free bass.
Burial, Hardscape, or Surface Mountable: With its IP66 design, the Episode Radiance subwoofer can be securely and permanently surface mounted using the included surface mount brackets, partially buried, or set on the ground giving the ultimate in installation flexibility.

Our Take
This subwoofer looks like one of Episode's Bollard speakers that has been sat on and squashed. In fact we wonder what it would be like to sit on, especially while it's playing. Might be a teeth rattling experience. Never the less, this is the companion bass unit to the Episode Radiance Outdoor Bollard Speakers and as such seamlessly provides deep bass you can hear and feel to provide the full range sound we all deserve to hear in our gardens and back yards. With its IP66 design, the Episode Radiance subwoofer can be securely and permanently surface mounted using the included surface mount brackets, partially buried, or set on the ground giving the ultimate in installation flexibility.
