The Arcam ST5 is the high resolution upgrade for Arcam's Radia integrated amplifiers. The slim form factor includes a control link to these amplifiers, allowing the 2 components to act as one from your control device. Sonically, this combination offers better sound quality due to the benefits of isolated components with individual power supplies.
The Arcam ST5 provides an inclusive feature set supporting the majority of smart phones and tablets, as well as popular streaming services. Connect the ST5 to your home network with Wi-Fi or Ethernet to enjoy instant playback using Apple Airplay 2 or Google Chromecast.
The ST5 will playback music directly from Spotify Connect and Tidal Connect, and for power users, the ST5 is Roon Ready, all with Hi-Res and MQA support. All digital audio is output on the analogue outputs using an ESS ES9018 high resolution DAC with time domain jitter elimination for perfect sound, every time.
Radia family products offer a subtle symmetrical design that complements their aluminium shells. They are adorned with seamless front fascias and gentle lighting effects, creating a sense of power and finesse.
The casework showcases a smooth, matte black surface cut through with the new signature Radia yellow highlights. The rear sports a connector cowl, reminiscent of ornate rear diffusers found in performance cars, that effectively hides unsightly connector housings from view.

The ST5 is a modern streaming solution that ticks all the boxes in a sleek full width component which naturally teams up with Arcam Radia amps extremely well but we can also see this being a great choice for those who want a nice, fully featured streamer to add to an existing system. The ST5 has some headline features like Apple Airplay 2 and Chromecast built-in along with Spotify Connect and Tidal Connect with MQA support. There's a new App for Wi-Fi setup and to preset internet radio stations as well as for playing Qobuz, Amazon Music and Podcasts. If you're fully into streaming you'll love the fact it's Roon Ready and supports up to 24 bit / 192 kHz Hi-Res Audio.
