When Audio Trends started selling Projectors and Screens around 1995, you couldn't go much bigger than 84" in a typical 7 x 5 metre lounge room. Sit any closer than 5 metres and the picture was poor. Sales were good because the biggest domestic CRT was still only 29" not reaching 32" until a few years later. 

Even though Rear Projection TVs were available in 50" to 60", the picture quality still didn't match even those early and we might add huge CRT projectors! And although LCD TVs keep getting bigger, better and cheaper, even a modestly priced projector and screen will re-create the cinema viewing experience to a superior level. Whether you prefer movies, sports, gaming, or a mix of entertainment, a 100" plus size screen (most popular is 120") will deliver massive impact and cost about the same or less than the big 85" flat-screen TVs. Yes, a projector/screen can cost even more - a lot more - and if you want better than your 'Gold-Class' cinema, then we can supply, install and even design and build your dedicated cinema room complete with recliners, movie posters and a popcorn machine!

A final word of warning! Bigger does not equate to better, but if you want a big screen and you want better than just good, then you need to find out more about our range of Projectors. However, if you are looking for cheap, then sorry, but we can't help you. Low cost Projectors neither last nor deliver in any of the key areas. Several members of our team are video fanatics!
