These units isolate, regulate and reshape the mains via a choke-capacitor circuit. The RC-300 boasts a 3% variation at the output at rated power for a 15% variation on the mains input. When under loaded the regulation is better still and the sonic improvements are remarkable. The RC unit also offers considerable protection from large spikes and brown outs.  A fused IEC power inlet is provided and six high quality surface mounted power outlets.

DBA has recently introduced a new product series, the RC and ISO power supply conditioners. Now a new conditioner has been added to our line up, the LB-1500/LB-3000 ( Line-Balancer ).
Line balancers modify the input current to a balanced line without isolation. Advantages include :

• Improved tonal saturation
• Improved noise floor
• High common mode and transverse mode rejection
• Remove DC from the line

Our research has shown isolation isn't the key previously thought to improved noise floor and rejection. Our proprietary transformer design improves efficiency and regulation all at a reduced physical size. It is possible to house the 3000 watt Line-Balancer in the 300 watt regulators chassis. A low pass filter circuit is incorporated in the design to remove RF and fuse protection at the standard IEC power inlet.

The Line-Balancers are presently available in 1500 watt and 3000 watt units, retailing for AU$1850 and AU$2350 respectively. The Line-Balancer units are designed to offer the best power conditions for power amps and projectors, while the RC-300 is designed to address small signal retrieval. When the combination are used together the results are stunning.
