Due to the nature of our business, we have provided a number of alternatives in both the way you can order and make payment for goods. You can use any of the following acceptable methods:

 

1. Online

Order most items online with our secure checkout form. This is simple and easy with all Credit Card payments being processed via the eWay gateway system that links to our National Australia Bank Secure Web Site. This is the best level of Credit Card protection currently available in the World. Audio Trends has absolutely no access to your details. However, please note that we may require additional ID before any goods are dispatched. 

 

2. Click & Collect

Due to some Supplier distribution restrictions, a number of products are marked Phone To Order or have advice that the goods are only available for in-store collection. These can usually still be ordered online but no delivery option is available or by Phone and then collected from the store (a deposit of between 15% and 30% is usually payable and via credit card. You will need to provide both a copy of the order and government issued photo identification.

 

3. Credit Card Orders

If you would prefer not to buy online or the goods you wish to purchase are marked as Phone To Order then (1) simply Download Order Form and complete as required and then Fax to (03) 9874-3269 or Scan/Email to us at shop@audiotrends.com.au or phone us during business hours. You can pay by American Express (there is a 2.5% surcharge on Amex), Visa & MasterCard. Your Card is only charged for an agreed deposit amount and the balance when goods are in-stock and ready to be shipped. Your details are maintained in a safe and secure area and then shredded after 90 days. However, please note that as with online orders, we may require additional identification before any goods are dispatched. Mostly we request your full name including any middle names as recorded on the publicly available Australian Electoral Website. If you are not listed here, (non Australian Residents) then PayPal is another payment option. We apologise for any inconvenience, but are sure that all legitimate customers will understand this extra security precaution.

 

4. Direct Deposit/Electronic Funds Transfer

Direct Deposit/EFT is also OK. Download Order Form which has our banking details and then either (1) Fax a copy to (03) 9874-3269 or (2) Scan/Email to shop@audiotrends.com.au and we will contact you to arrange delivery.

 

5. Cheque/Money Order

Download Order Form and complete as required (no need for Credit Card details) and post with Bank, Business, Personal Cheque or Money Order to:

Audio Trends, P.O. Box 826, Heathmont, Victoria, 3135.

Goods will only be dispatched once Cheque has cleared which can take several days.

 

6. In-Store

Yes, we have a very nice 'bricks & mortar' showroom! You can purchase all of the products listed on our web site by simply coming by during business hours Monday to Saturday. It is a good idea to ring ahead and make sure the item you are wanting is in stock just in case our inventory system is not working as it should!
