When it comes to assembling a high quality audio/video system, we know that home decor can be just as important a factor for some families as picture or sound quality. Our involvement in designing and building furniture pieces goes back nearly thirty years when we sold our purpose built audio cabinets through both our first showroom in Wantirna and through a number of other outlets around Melbourne. By todays standards, they were fairly simple designs but always functional!
However, things changed for the better around 1985 when one of our clients wished to buy a rather large audio system but needed something more specific in the way of furniture. It had to be functional and...please his wife! They searched all over Melbourne without success. The decision was made - we had to move into specific custom-made furniture.
Our Ringwood Showroom features a variety of our popular styles. They're designed specifically for today's TVs and audio/video components, so they're just as practical as they are good-looking. They also have a few neat tricks that you just won't find in a furniture store cabinet. These include cable management, integrated motorised screens and maximised storage for DVDs and CDs. However, custom means custom and therefore that means we will make to your design or ours. All the traditional timber finishes as well as two pack paint finishes are our speciality.
