True, many folk enjoy this facet of buying and often end up with a totally unique combination. For most though, especially those who don’t consider themselves experienced it can all just seem like more work and very confusing. If this sounds like you, then Audio Trends can help!
You probably already know that like you, we especially love music and of course find surround sound absolutely enthralling! It has added yet another dimension to home entertainment. If you have realised that straight Stereo still has appeal, then you will be delighted with what Audio Trends has to offer in the way of Stereo Systems. Sure, because of our experience (read age) a lot of what we recommend is old school – low power outputs; no flashing lights etc. A CD player and usually only two speakers are included, but with the incredible advances in subwoofers (thanks to surround sound); it is sometimes advantageous to include. We show this as an option where appropriate.

Compact Mini-Systems have had a mixed reception over the years. And no wonder, there has been an avalanche of total garbage coming from even well known brands! Often referred to as ‘plastic-fantastics’ they looked more like Tokyo at night rather than a decent audio system.
Leading manufacturers Denon and NAD didn’t join in, preferring a more conservative approach. Only after consulting with their dealers world-wide did they launch a range of compact sized equipment, which is a far better description,that has received applause even in the hard-line audio press.
