What is Click & Collect? Click & Collect allows you to order & pay via the Audio Trends website, so all you have to do is collect your order from our store once you are notified that your order is ready to collect.

How much does Click & Collect cost? There's no additional cost to Click & Collect your order, and no delivery charges. This also means that you don’t need to wait around at home for your order to be delivered.

What items can I Click & Collect? The vast majority of items on the Audio Trends website are available for Click & Collect. There are some products that are not available which include Gift Cards and Online Exclusive products. Click & Collect may also not be available for certain promotional offers (at our discretion) and for commercial customers.

 

How does Click & Collect work? It's fast and very easy.

  • Go shopping & grab yourself the latest & greatest range of technology products (don’t’ forget all those essential accessories to match) from the Audio Trends website:
  • Add the item(s) to your cart and when you are finished shopping proceed to the checkout where you need to select the 'Click and Collect' option.
  • Once you have completed your checkout, you will receive an email that acknowledges your order & confirms that your payment is being verified.
  • When your payment has been verified your order will be sent to a team member who will pick and process your order.
  • Once your order is ready for collection at your nominated store you will receive a second email notification confirming that your order is ‘Ready to Collect’ and that you can now come into our store. If you provide your mobile number we will also send you an SMS.

 

How long will it take for my Click & Collect order to be available? Your Click & Collect order will normally be available within 24 hours of the time it was placed & can be collected from one of our friendly staff in your nominated store.

When can I collect my order? You can only collect your order after you have received your ‘Ready to Collect’ email and / or SMS.

What do I need to bring with me to the store when I collect my order? Please bring the following:

  • A copy of your “Ready to Collect” email / SMS
  • For your protection, orders over $100 can only be collected by the person named on the ‘Ready to Collect’ email and by providing two (2) forms of matching Government issued identification (Rates Notice), plus at least one (1) form of photo identification. Please note, your ID must be the original document. Photo copies are not acceptable. Student ID incl University ID are also not acceptable

Can someone else collect my order? Yes, depending on the value of your order:

  • If your order value is less than $100 – You can have someone else collect your order on your behalf. However, they will need to bring in a copy of the “Ready to Collect” email confirmation and a form of Government issued photo ID. 
  • If your order value is $100 or more – For your protection, orders over $100 can only be collected by the person named on the ‘Ready to Collect’ email and by providing two (2) forms of matching Government issued identification (Rates Notice), plus at least one (1) form of photo identification. Please note, your ID must be the original document. Photo copies are not acceptable. Student ID incl University ID are also not acceptable

How long are orders kept for collection? Click & Collect orders will be kept for a maximum of 14 days from the day you place your order. After 14 days your order will be automatically cancelled and we will process a full refund within 3 days of cancellation. Depending on your financial institution these funds will then be available to you in a further 3 to 5 business days.

What if I want to have some items Home Delivered? For any items that you would like Home Delivered please place a separate order & select this option in your Shopping Cart.

What if I want to change my Home Delivery order to Click & Collect? Depending on when your order was placed, it may be possible to change to Click & Collect. You will need to contact us by phone between 10am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

CLICK & COLLECT EXCLUSIONS

 Most products on audiotrends.com.au are available to purchase online and collect in store. There are however some exclusions. These include Gift Cards and certain promotional offers.
